I did a double-take earlier this week when I saw a moving van in the driveway by the President’s House. “!!!???!!!!” I went. Then—oh, yes, I remembered, the Carnegie Guest House next door is undergoing a complete renovation and Physical Plant had to empty the building. Whew. In other olfactory news from the world of commerce and advertising, Jack Hubbard ’06 has launched just in time for the holidays. No word from the dean of student’s office if Jack will get permission for a Patterson Court demo, but cheers to him in the spirit of the holidays in any case (not to mention the end of exams)! Jack reports he got solid start-up business advice from schoolmate Cass Baltz ’07. “The Davidson network is an invaluable one and I’m very blessed to be a part of it,” says Jack.
